Having previously developed a new website for Insite Managed Services, we were asked if there was a better, more streamlined approach to a number of manual processes. This included customer audits (checking that sites have been cleaned properly and reporting back to clients), staff training, and customer proposals.
We developed a completely custom solution for all aspects of the requirements set-out by IMS.
For customer site audits, we developed a secure online portal where client supervisors could access (via mobile / iPad / laptop) and input data as they go around a site, make notes and upload images. These are then submitted through the site with alerts sent to the client facility managers, who can login and see the results of each audit. The scores for each audit are then tracked so the client can compare month-on-month.
This portal also allows all relevant health & safety documents, spec sheets and more to be uploaded making it much easier to keep customers happy.
For Staff training we developed an interactive portal where staff can access training documentation / step-by-step visual guides and a questionnaire, which on completion sends a PDF certificate to the member of staff and relevant management contacts.
For Online proposals we built a platform that allows the Marketing team to quickly generate an interactive proposal, which can be sent over to a client (password protected), with specifications, pricing, embedded PDF contract and more.
